Refund policy
We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return. This does not apply to range pickers or metal tee dividers.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs and is subject to a 25% re-stocking fee.

All sales are final on range pickers and metal tee dividers. We of course honor the quality of the products for one-year, but please be sure you want the product because there are no refunds. These products are handmade and cumbersome to ship so we hope you understand.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We stand behind our manufactured products. Our pickers & ball washers are guaranteed 1 year from the date of purchase against defects which occur outside normal wear and tear.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) are not eligible for returns. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Exchanges
Exchanges are possible depending on product availability. Please email Golf@RangeMart.com to see if your item is available for exchange.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
